By creating an account, accessing KryptoSMS, or using our virtual number services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

KryptoSMS provides temporary virtual phone numbers for receiving SMS verification messages. Numbers are provided for short-term account verification and privacy use only. We do not own or control third-party platforms that send verification messages, and we cannot guarantee that every platform, country, operator, or message will work at all times.

You must be at least 13 years old to use KryptoSMS. If you use the service for a business or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that business or organization.

• You must provide accurate account information

• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account

• Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account access

You may use KryptoSMS only for lawful verification purposes. You may not use the service for:

• Fraud, identity theft, impersonation, account takeover, or deception

• Spam, harassment, threats, abuse, or illegal communications

• Bypassing bans, sanctions, platform restrictions, or legal limits

• Creating or maintaining accounts for unlawful, harmful, or misleading activity

• Reselling, scraping, reverse engineering, attacking, or disrupting the service

• Any use that violates United States law, applicable state law, or third-party terms

Wallet top-ups are processed through automatic payment checkout. Payment availability may depend on your location, payment provider, and risk checks.

• Wallet balances are used to purchase virtual numbers inside KryptoSMS

• Payment providers may apply their own terms, fees, verification checks, or limits

• You are responsible for confirming the amount before completing checkout

• We may delay, reject, or review payments that appear suspicious, unauthorized, or unlawful

Virtual numbers are limited, temporary, and provided on a first-come, first-served basis. SMS delivery depends on third-party networks and platforms.

• Refunds may be issued to wallet balance when an eligible SMS order fails within the active order window

• Refunds may be denied for misuse, repeated abuse, completed orders, policy violations, or third-party platform blocks

• Refund requests and support reviews must include enough account and order details for verification

• Account balance refunds are not guaranteed as cash withdrawals unless required by applicable law

We may suspend, restrict, or close an account if we believe the account is being used unlawfully, fraudulently, abusively, or in violation of these Terms. We may also block transactions, cancel orders, or preserve records when needed for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal compliance.

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it. By using KryptoSMS, you agree that account, order, payment, support, and technical information may be processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

KryptoSMS is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise uninterrupted service, error-free operation, availability of specific numbers, compatibility with every third-party platform, or successful delivery of every SMS message.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, KryptoSMS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, account restrictions by third-party platforms, or service interruptions. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to KryptoSMS for the affected order or service during the 30 days before the claim arose.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date. Continued use of KryptoSMS after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and applicable state laws, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to your use of the service.
